Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund Policy

Attendee transfers, cancellations, and requests for refunds MUST be made in writing by e-mail. Phone calls and phone messages will not qualify as notice of cancellation.

Refund Policy: In-Person Seminars

All cancellations must be received in writing to be eligible for a refund. An administrative charge of $50 will be applied to all refunds if the cancellation is received 5 or more days before the start of the event. If the cancellation is less than 5 days but not within 24 hours of the start of the event, the cancellation fee is $175. No refund if the cancellation is received within 24 hours of the start of the event. Cancellations not received in writing by the date required will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy: Online Webinars

Registration fees will be refunded in full for up to 30 days in advance of the seminar. Registrations canceled between 1-30 days before the seminar date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refund if the cancellation is received within 24 hours of the start of the event. NO REFUNDS/TRANSFERS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE PROGRAM BEGINS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
