This meeting is to set up the Budget for the 2015/2016 year and everyone on the board is welcome to participate. Donielle and Brian have offered to host the meeting at their office in Warrenton. However their conference room is limited, so I am asking all officers to be present and all other board members to participate by phone conference. Please mark your calendars as we develop the budget for the new fiscal year.
