This informative webinar will provide tax and payroll professionals details on the recent OIC (Offer-in-Compromise) policy changes, the various benefits of the OIC pre-qualifier tool and other helpful OIC tips. Additionally, an overview of the new Private Debt Collection program will be shared, including types of accounts selected, the collection process, collection agency’s responsibilities, taxpayers’ rights, scam awareness and other helpful information.
One (1) Continuing Education (CE) credit may be earned by any Enrolled Agents attending this webinar in accordance with the standards set forth in Circular 230 section 10.6 based on a 50-minute hour. Other attendees will need to certify CPE credits earned in accordance to the appropriate authority regulating their continuing education requirements. PLEASE BE SURE TO VERIFY YOUR PTIN IDENTIFYING INFORMATION (including your PTIN name and PTIN number) to ensure the receipt of any CE Credits earned. If no PTIN is to be entered, enter "NA".
