Balances are due prior to the start of the event. If you would like to pay with a check, please complete the online registration (chose pay offline), print out your invoice and mail with payment to VSTAP, PO Box 3363, Warrenton, VA 20188.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing:
- if rec'd prior to May 30, refund provided less a $50 administration fee;
- if rec'd after May 30, no refund & $125 fee applies. The balance of fees will be kept as a credit on account to be applied to a future transaction.
- No shows will not be refunded.
