Presenter

John Scott is the second generation President & CEO of Scott-Long Construction, a commercial general contractor, based in Northern Virginia. Since 1961, Scott-Long’s focus has been construction of institutional projects around the Washington DC metropolitan area. The company is best known for delivering challenging projects within trust based environments including hospitals, senior living, religious, community, school and commercial facilities. John is actively involved with Young Life as local committee Chair and Co-Chair for the new camp being built in West Virginia. John earned a Civil Engineering degree from Syracuse University. He resides in Fairfax, VA with his wife Elizabeth. They have three adult children.
