Description and Learning Objectives:

As a tax professional, you perform both tax compliance and tax planning services. Even though the IRS has just extended the tax return due date to May 17, 2021, you are still in the final stages of your “busy season”. Adding to your workload, the United State Congress, created the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (“ARPA”). ARPA made significant changes to the Internal Revenue Code and essentially created a new stimulus package. The COVID-19 crisis, financial fluctuations, the new Biden administration and the new makeup of Congress add to the burden of your practice during this tax season. This course will educate you in how ARPA will affect your clients 2021.

Upon completing this course the student will know the major individual and business changes made by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.  This event is designed for CPAs, EAs, attorneys, financial planners, insurance agents, and bankers.
