Today, the IRS published the latest executive column “A Closer Look,” which features Small Business/Self Employed Collection Commissioner Darren Guillot, discussing how the redesigned IRS notices with quick response, or QR code technology, provides easy access to self-help options for taxpayers. “By emphasizing the availability of self-service channels, we're helping to empower taxpayers to resolve their outstanding tax issues through their preferred channel.
