Today, the IRS published the latest executive column, “A Closer Look,” which features Jim Clifford, Deputy Project Director, Taxpayer First Act-Customer Service Strategy, discussing improving underserved taxpayer interactions with the IRS. “Our ultimate goal is to provide high-quality, personalized service to everyone, no matter where they live, what their background is, or what language they speak,” said Clifford.
