The Virginia Society of Tax & Accounting Professionals is committed to be a resource to our members in times of needs. We've developed a Mutual Assistance Program that supports in the protection of a member's practice, should a member, its spouse or family members need assistance due to illness, disaster, or death. Once a need is known, a member of the Mutual Assistance Program Committee will work with the member or its family during the time of need to keep the business value in-tact; assist in immediate tax reporting; and/or support the selling of business.
