Room Rate: $135 (plus taxes & fees)
Day & overnight self-parking for attendees is $10/night; valet parking is $15/per night.
Reservations: Please call the hotel direct at (434) 329–3200 to reserve your rooms. Please reference that you are with the Virginia Society of Tax and Accounting Professionals group. Reservation deadline is Friday, June 10, 2022. Please note that rates are available 2 days before and after the meeting. All reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy, reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night's room and tax.

Paying for registration by check:
Balances are due prior to the start of the event. If you would like to pay with a check, please complete the online registration (chose pay offline), print out your invoice and mail with payment to VSTAP, PO Box 3363, Warrenton, VA 20188.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing:
- if received prior to June 30, refund provided less a $50 administration fee
- if received after June 30, no refund will be provided
- No shows will not be refunded
